An experienced occupational therapist with 18 years of extensive clinical home health therapy experience creates personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client and provides personalized, one-on-one in-home therapy to ensure stability, safety, and independence for Medicare Part B recipients in Alexandria, Annandale, and Springfield, Virginia.
Non-Medicare recipients can opt for a one-time-in-person assessment, for those living in the aforementioned cities.
While seniors and people with disabilities residing across Virginia have access to online, customized home safety assessments that take physical and cognitive limitations into consideration.
